About Stacey

Stacey is a California native and began her dance training at 3 years old, enrolled in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and many partner styles of dance. Having years of dance training under her belt, she found that practicing Yoga and Pilates was a integral discipline to fine-tune the body and has been instrumental in her path to staying physically conditioned and connected to breath and mindful movement.

Finding movement to be healing in her own journey on the pursuit to wellness, her appreciation and enthusiasm for Pilates training soon developed into becoming a Balanced Body trained and certified instructor to share the wonderful benefits Pilates has to offer.

Stacey loves leading fun-filled and enjoyably challenging classes with flow and stretch integrated into the Pilates experience. Stacey is enthusiastic and energized to be a part of the all inclusive Pilates and Wellness community that benefits every body collectively.
